  1. I believe that some of our members may have joined the wrong alliance in B IV, as it currently only has one member- me. I am also seeing that there is a similarly-named alliance that has some of our members- which is fine, but if you were attempting to join the one corresponding with this alliance on the forums, then you might have joined the wrong one.

  3. Press Release #6: December 18th, 1977:

All of our current fleet will be undergoing D-Checks in 1986, so expect mass groundings of all of the current aircraft. As we are continuing to expand our fleet, we will be buying more airplanes, meaning that this should not be a fleetwide emergency grounding, but instead a large-scale maintenance grounding. This is scheduled, so there should be no cause for alarm. This is merely a reminder that will be reissued at least one year away from the due date of the first aircraft. A list of planes and routes that will be affected follows:

    1. St. Petersburg, Russia (2x 737-200A)
    2. Xi'an, China (1x L-1011-100, 1x 747-100)
    3. Paris, France (1x 737-200A)
    4. London, England (1x 737-200A)
    5. New York, USA (1x 747-100)
    6. Dublin, Ireland (1x 737-200A)
    7. Dubai, UAE (1x 747-100)
    8. Athens, Greece (1x 737-200A)
    9. Madrid, Spain (1x 737-200A)
    10. Geneva, Switzerland (1x 737-200A)
    11. Atlanta, USA (1x 747-100)
    12. Oslo, Norway (1x 737-200A)

    Thank you for your cooperation.

  5. Will an aircraft pre-order be added to the game at any time? In real life, when a plane is announced, airlines can pre-order them before the first one is built. Also, are there any plans for a route closure system that closes all your routes on one route? I know the developer is already hard at work, and I am thankful for all the hard work done so far, and want to wish this game to years of success. Thank you, developer.

  6. Hi, when I went to create a configuration for my 747-100 aircraft, I selected my first class seating, clicked the 'upper deck' and reduced the number of rows to 5. Then, I added my business class seating and economy class seating on the lower deck. Then, when I looked up how many seats my plane configuration had, there was a '0' right next to my first class seating. All of those seats were the default size but the only thing I edited about them was their names. How can I enable my upper-deck first class seating? Thanks for the help!

  7. Press Release #4: May 19th, 1977:

Legacy Air Service is pleased to announce the success of our Berlin-New York and our Berlin-Dubai routes. As a result of this growth, Legacy Air Service will be looking to partner with other airlines in a brand-new alliance, the Global Worldwide Airline Alliance (AKA Global Alliance). As we continue to grow, more planes and destinations are needed to enable this growth. Therefore, Legacy Air Service has decided to purchase a Boeing 747-100. Prior to this, all other aircraft ordered were on a 15-year lease. This is our first step towards self-sufficiency. We will be putting this 747-100 to use on another route towards North America. Legacy Air Service is considering expanding its fleet with several more purchased Boeing 737-200A aircraft flying local routes in Europe. We hope that you will continue to fly with us as we expand our services to you.

  8. Hi, I am wondering: how many of your airlines are a part of an alliance, if you use them?

    P.S.

Not trying to advertise or anything, but if you are looking for an alliance, join mine (Global Alliance in the forum and Global Worldwide Airline Alliance in world A3 [and yes, the forum alliance is connected to the A3 alliance] ). It is kinda lonely being the only member.

  9. Press Release #3: March 20th, 1977:

Legacy Air Service is pleased to announce that our first 747-100 has joined our fleet, flying daily service from our Berlin Schönefeld Airport hub to New York, La Guardia. This expansion will be one of many, as we intend to expand operations to Dubai using another 747-100 (to be purchased, upon successful operation commencement of our previous 747-100) that will continue to make our fleet grow. We hope you will fly with us soon.
