Ah, got it, I just have to pretend to add more flights (I'm actually deleting some). Please feel free to delete this forum post (I can't find any way to do so myself).

I love the screen I get when I buy a new plane, which lets me set a timetable. Is there any way I can ever get back to that screen to edit the timetable later? I'm sure there must be a menu option or button somewhere, but I've looked on all the relevant screens and can't find it anywhere. I've tried the obvious routes like Manage Aircraft and Manage Route. Is there a symbol hidden somewhere on one of those screens, or is the timetable cast in stone forever?
