Tutorial Banners

Hi folks! 

 

In an effort to make the game more accessible to newer players, I have added two new banners to help players navigate the game. First banner shows up when you don't have any aircraft and looks like this:

, and the second when you have an aircraft but don't have any flights and looks like this:

 

One other change is that the new aircraft marketplace now shows lease costs as well as purchase costs on the page.
