  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah I was using the docs to talk to people privately
  3. Today
  4. You can send in private messages but that's difficult to moderate considering I have neither an easy way nor the desire to read PMs (I suppose I could go into the DB and read them if I really wanted to, but I'd need a really good reason to go through the effort). So if you open a link in PMs, I'm sorry but you're on your own then.
  5. Dear customers, dear fellow competitors, the start into the new decade has been exiting for all of us, however it is with deep regret, that we have to inform you about a possible bankruptcy. Our income has been on a new high in the past weeks, however with expenses rising, we are put into a financial challenge. We do our best to stay alive, but we can not make any promises that we will make it. We want to take the chance to thank our loyal customers aswell as our competitors and wishing the best of luck to everybody, who is (trying) to build their airline. We hope to bring you positive news soon... - Lufthansa
  6. I too like the idea of lounges, and maybe have ability to lease out to another airline too
  7. But would it be possible to have a private message that no one else can see or do we have that
  8. @Aurora International LLC I thank you for this and I hope we can forge our alliance again
  9. @someone Thank you for your response and I do appreciate the reflection. Seeing as this account has not logged into the sim and appears to just exist for the purposes of posting this, I will not extend the ban and you are free to come back to the sim when the ban expires on May 27th. For what it's worth I do believe that there are two people involved with the Aurora account, when it was first floated to me that @bhsd7th might be the same person I checked the IP addresses for each of the posts from both accounts and they were different, it wasn't until after that the accounts started sharing an IP address. Since all of this happened over a short period of time, I doubt that this is the work of a single person unless you kept changing your IPs. That said, as I said before the whole ordeal, you may have 2 people on one account but will ultimately share in the responsibility so that account will remain banned as well. Thank you also for clarifying how you got the information, to this end I will strengthen policies on my end by banning all external links/communication from being shared. This already exists where it needs a moderator approval to post (this was mostly done to stop the spam bots), but I will extend it to the whole community writ large to avoid such unintentional leaks in the future. I will also close the ISA per your request.
  10. THIS IS THE FINAL CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE CEO OF AURORA INTERNATIONAL LLC Hello, members of Airsim, I made it back! I know that as soon as @sviridovt sees this message he will ban this IP address and message, but I wanted to get the following message out there. I hope that @sviridovt at least allows this message to remain long enough for the online community to see it. I feel the first thing I need to say is, well, sorry. Looking back, I have absolutely no clue why on earth I doxxed @Sky Global Holdings, @Freedom Airways INC., @rohithbala, etc. I think that it was supposed to be more of a harmless joke and had absolutely no malice in mind, but I clearly did not think this through. I sincerely apologize to everyone above for any anger, fear, confusion, etc. that I may have caused by posting their location. Undoubtedly, everyone is wondering how on earth I randomly found out their location. It was honestly quite easy, and I did nothing illegal or vaguely against the rules, at least in finding out. There is a monthly meeting event in Star Alliance, which is linked to a google doc. When I went to the share button, I saw the owner's email. Just because I was curious, I looked up the ending of the email (blahblahblah@ending.ending) and then looked up the abbreviation and found out the school district, and from there, it was obviously easy to find out which city/state it was from. And also, the first name of that person was in the email. @Sky Global Holdings I recommend you take down that docs asap. Second, contrary to the beliefs of certain people, I am not a 40-year-old creep. @Freedom Airways INC., I am in a grade from 6th to 12th, (which I will not specify) and am from California. Some of you know the city where I am from, but again, not specifying that for obvious reasons. The account was also held by one of my friends in school, who was responsible for the bhsd7th account which, according to him, is apparently banned. I tried to make @Apple Incorporated and @Imperial Holdings just to be able to see what was going on in the forums because I was kind of surprised to learn that the whole incident was still in the spotlight. The ISA was a whole thing with Aurora #2 (bhsd7th one) and the whole point was to gain more influence (you were right @rohithbala). The whole idea was to pick a lot of inactive alliances that had many members to hold many seats, and when obviously no one from the alliance voted, the seat would be declared vacant, so the few seats that I would have would be more powerful. Obviously, it started to fall apart quite quickly, starting from when @rohithbala questioned the validity of the ISA. It looks like some people would like to continue the ISA, but I strongly recommend that with the support of the majority, @sviridovt should be asked to delete the ISA alliance. The whole idea of a government of alliances could become an oligarchy quickly, which is obviously not in the best interests of the masses. @Sky Global Holdings, I saw (before I was banned) that you were wondering about the Aurora International Group. It was mostly just an alliance for fun, which I thought might have gained more members over time as more people joined Airsim World. It was never supposed to be a serious thing, or a competitor to the Star Alliance. The European and Asian Aviation Authorities had no real point to them but to serve as a patsy to gain more seats in the ISA. I think that something we can learn from this is that we should be more careful with information we post to the community. I am not some tech genius who knows how to get the IP addresses from people. I simply figured it out by being curious and looking up an email. When posting documents, such as the AirFrance Biennial Board Meeting, we should make sure to use emails that cannot be tracked to a certain place or person. I hope that the community moves on from this incident and continues to grow together. The community should be safe place for people to communicate and express their views together, and I hope something like this never happens again, either on purpose or by accident. You can be assured that Aurora International will not show its face in the coming months, and maybe never. We will just watch as AirFrance overtakes Japan Airlines in Arcade I, which was our goal for Aurora the entire time- to become #1 in Arcade I. In conclusion, we apologize for the incident which occurred. We hope that the community moves on, the developers keep releasing updates, and the amount of users keep growing. In some form or another, Aurora International Affiliated will be quietly watching from the shadows, because our time here has ended We had a great run, and made some mistakes, but are happy with the experience we had with Airsim World. This is the final goodbye, the final correspondence from the office of the CEO of Aurora International Affiliated Conglomerate LLC. Remember us! - CEO and Board of Directors, Aurora International Affiliated Conglomerate LLC

  12. take a wild guess- and imperial holdings LLC was the doing of aurora #2
  13. who knows pretty funny at this point though that he had to get IP banned
  14. Yesterday
  15. I was thinking something similar! I also thought it would be cool if when creating an airline there would be some sort of simple design software to make a logo (paint bucket, draw tool, layers, simple images, shapes tool, etc.). I don't personally need it because I regularly design things on photoshop, however people unfamiliar with graphic design may find it easier to personalize their brand and get immersed in the game. It would definitely decrease the amount of logoless airlines, which I feel like would add a bit more life into the sim. I also think that the create airline button should be a bit more obvious. I am not trying to criticize anything, but generally I feel like people on the internet want to try things and then learn them, not learn things and then try them. If someone hadn't personally recommended this website, and I had just stumbled across it, I might have simply closed out and forgot about it because the create airline button wasn't obvious. Something as simple as a big blue "create airline" button would probably do the trick. Might increase the number of users, idk.
  16. Seriously, it's not fooling anyone. I'm extending the ban, adding IP ban and giving one last warning, any other attempt at ban evasion and it's perma-ban time.
  17. The following is multiple feature requests all revolving around aspects of airports (lounges, gates, etc.). Lounges: My first feature request are lounges. Lounges in airports would work similar to how terminals work currently. There would be a separate list underneath the list of terminals, for lounges. Lounges can be customized with selection of services included, what classes can be allowed in, capacity, and other options, to give a price, like the price given for airplanes based on engine selection, configuration, etc. Gates: There should be a custom amount of gates at every airport to make it more realistic in size/capacity. We can't make gates to have a loading capacity and a list of lights compatible to board on that gate, so the easiest way to make this feature would just to be consider all of the gates to be of the same type. Terminals should also be a feature to make it even more realistic. Subsidiaries: Not a feature that is necessarily needed, but subsidiaries would be a cool feature. Sponsoring: Like subsidiaries, not a feature that is necessarily needed, but sponsoring would also be a cool feature. Airlines would be able to sponsor numerous companies. I know sviridot is very busy with work and would probably be unable to spare the time for the research into most features these days, so my suggestion is that active people in the community, if he approves, would be able to compile a list of, for example, gate counts for major airports worldwide. If there is interest from sviridot after seeing a sample of the data that would be collected, he could approve a continuation and this job of collecting statistics could go on so that, in example, gate counts could be listed for most airports that exist worldwide. After that, all sviridot would have to do is add the feature, which will take some time, but not as much as having to research beforehand himself.
  18. because of that I think we should consider @bhsd7th to be an alt account of @Aurora International LLC and cease communication with him/her, unless we want to run the risk of getting doxxed again.
  19. I wouldn't be surprised if they're both on the @bhsd7th account now, whoever they are.
  20. United Airlines is now in world C! We will be starting an OFFICIAL Star Alliance (why are there like 3 already?!). We will also be offering a 15% discount on ALL FLIGHTS to celebrate our grand opening! We can't wait to see you in the skies!
