  1. That seems about right, if you factor in competition and new planes.
  2. Competition is another problem. A person who prices lower is undercutting your prices
  3. Well, check gate slots, prices, and idle aircraft. You could be running gate slots through the roof, pricing some tickets too low, or leaving some aircraft idle.
  4. It changes every quarter and you need to make profit. More flights don't mean more profit.
  5. JetJapan, an low-cost Carrier based in Haneda Airport, has begun operations. Currently there are 6 DC-6Bs in our airport, with more to come. Each of our DC-6s are comfortably configured to provide a Luxurious experience to all at a fraction of the standard cost.
