Make aircraft load on different pages when creating flights

If you are a very large airline it is rather annoying to have to wait for the page to load for several minutes when creating new routes. If all of the available aircraft are not fully loaded (on the page) when making a flight, it would increase loading speeds and allow larger airlines to play on mobile as well.

I still have some more work on it, particularly in removing a bunch of old code but should be able to release relatively soon.
